Nashville, TN (January 22, 2024) – DZL has added more restaurants, retailers, and office tenants to The Station District with a new wave of openings scheduled to begin in January. The first shows at Cannery Hall begin on Wednesday, January 24 with a full calendar of shows through February. The Finch Grill & Raw Bar is expected to open a few weeks after Cannery Hall’s first shows. Later in the year, Philippe Chow will open its new flagship restaurant, with its opulent Beijing style cuisine.
Cummins Station, DZL’s flagship mixed-use development is adding a Lagree Nash fitness studio to its lineup of retailers later this month. In addition, the Serendipity Labs coworking space is situated on the top floor of Cummins Station and ranked in the top 10 of the largest coworking spaces in Nashville.
DZL has also signed a deal to open a new Starbucks at corner of Demonbreun St. and 10th Ave S in the landmark Cummins Station building. The coffee shop will be the closest Starbucks location to many of Downtown Nashville’s premiere attractions, hotels, and destinations. This coffee destination will be a favorite for office/retail tenants inside the 400,000 square foot building, along with visitors/locals from the nearby 10,000+ hotel rooms, Music City Center, and residential units nearby.

The Station District is a prime downtown neighborhood with 16 contiguous acres along 10th Avenue, starting with The Baggage Building, continuing across Demonbreun including Cummins Station and ending at Cannery Hall on 8th Avenue.
